Really nice hotel for the price. The room was clean and felt fairly modern. The front desk was also great and friendly. We arrived in the morning and we were able to drop off our bags. Then on our last day, we were able to leave our bags when we checked out since our flight wasn't until later in the evening. The bistro is good too. Both mornings we ordered two breakfast sandwiches and they were freshly made. We didn't have a car so I don't know about parking, but ther was a sign saying you need to remove your car by 11 am. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back.

We are a family of 5 with 3 kids (10, 11, & 16) that was revisiting Disneyland for the week. I've stayed in a number of hotels over the past 12 years, but Hotel Indigo is an amazing standout. We stay the week of 11/3 to 11/7. Clean rooms (like crazy clean), great attentive hotel stay, amazing restaurant with great on the go "rope drop" morning at Disneyland, secure parking, modern rooms and grounds, close to the park (0.6 miles to the gates). This is our new go to hotel for Disneyland. Highly recommend!

This Hotel Indigo continues to be a very solid choice. Even on a fully sold-out weekend, the staff handled check-in, parking, and room readiness smoothly and calmly. The hotel keeps a quiet, boutique feel despite being Disney-adjacent, which we really appreciated. The suite was comfortable and restful, and my partner slept exceptionally well. Breakfast at Chambers was well above expectations for this class of hotel—Karin was warm and attentive, and the front desk team coordinated everything seamlessly, keeping the experience human and unhurried under pressure. Insider tip: the second-floor lounge overlooking Katella Ave and the lobby is a nice semi-private spot to relax or sit quietly away from the main flow. We’ve stayed here multiple times over the years, and it remains consistently reliable. We’ll happily return.

Great hotel within walking distance of Disneyland. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the park, which was very convenient. The staff don’t speak Japanese, but they spoke slowly and clearly so it was easy to understand, and I really appreciated their thoughtfulness.I chose a plan with breakfast included, and in the morning I could order from the menu and eat at the hotel bar, which was a nice start to the day. The exterior of the building looks a little old, but the interior was very clean, and the shower had good water pressure and stable hot water. The only downside was that the door wasn’t very soundproof, so I’d recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. During my stay there was also a water tank next to the front desk where guests could refill their bottles, which was very convenient.Overall, the service was great and all the staff were kind and helpful. I’d definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit Disneyland.

Very nice and comfortable rooms. Super convenient for not only walking to Disneyland, but also to nearby restaurants, CVS, Etc. Kids and I felt safe walking around. Parking was in a secure garage, free. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast is not included with the stay.

Daisy & Elizabeth at the front desk are super kind & friendly, Always greeting with a smile. Super amazing staff overall will definitely be coming back. Karen at the bar is so sweet and made us feel welcomed. So if you plan to come to Disneyland consider staying at this hotel.

Staff everywhere (front desk, Bistro, housekeeping in the halls) were all friendly and helpful. Location is close enough to Disney land that my family could walk there in ~15 minutes, a great plus. Food in the Bistro was good, we only had breakfast items but everyone liked the food they ordered on multiple occasions. The hotel has a theme that pays homage to the original ranch and framing community of Anaheim, from the tile used in the shower to photos and notes through out the hotel. A great touch.

What a great hotel. There's lots of options to look at when visiting Disneyland, and I'm glad we chose this one. Although I felt like the walk was a little further out than I would like, there were lots of hotels that were even further than this one. I couldn't really tell online how far it would be...it's definitely not far, just a little more than I'm used to. They don't offer breakfast, but the room was big enough to accommodate us and that's really all that matters. Although cleanliness matters as well!  And they seem to be quite clean. The main thing I liked was I mentioned that we were coming to Disneyland for my daughter's birthday and they decorated the room and had balloons and a sign put up on the door which made our trip all the more better. Small things like that I really appreciate and I appreciate so much that they took the time to do that for our little girl. She was excited about it too, and it just felt more special in general. Parking is a little bit tricky to go down to, especially for such a large vehicle like we have, but we were able to make it work. It is a free and gated parking lot which is definitely needed, and to me felt like a huge perk. I would rather have the free parking over the free breakfast so that's what ended up being my deciding factor for this particular hotel. They do have an outdoor pool, which we try to take advantage of for a little bit. The water is freezing, but they have a hot tub, which felt amazing, even if we were only about to use it for the short time we were able to visit at night. They could use some updating, but I will say that the front desk staff seemed very nice.
